Our Process

Initial Site Visit

We think it’s really important to view your home or project before we make recommendations for your AV system this allows us to give you the most informed and valid advice we can, This service is normally absolutely free of charge, on occasion we may ask for a payment to cover travel expenses depending on how far from us you are.

The other key part of the first visit is that we get to meet YOU, we can begin to understand your needs and get to grips with what it is you want from your AV or Smart Home system, because after all that’s what counts. If it doesn’t meet your demands and needs then it’s not YOUR system.

System Proposal & Design

Here is where we go away with your list of requirements produce a system that ticks as many of the boxes as we can whilst working within your means. All of our proposals will have as much information as we can give you, including individual prices and models, we believe that transparency is key, otherwise how can you assess the value we are offering.

System Delivery

Installation of the agreed upon system, commissioning and optimisation of each component. A tutorial of how to use the system to ensure you are getting the most you possibly can from your investment.

Follow-Up

For larger projects we would also include 1 or 2 follow up visits to snag any issues you may have, though we would hope these would be minimal, and also to cover over any usage queries that you may have. It really matters to us that you know your system’s capabilities and how to make the most of them!!

Even if you don’t need a follow up visit we will give you a call to check everything is working OK and answer any questions you may have about your system or products, after all……it’s good to talk!

Remote Management and Maintenance

For our Smart Home customers we are able to provide a cloud based remote management service to ensure that we can respond quickly to any issues that may arise with your system.

From time to time with complex systems and multiple electronic components there will be minor issues which will require some sort of attention, we will always deal with these in a cheery, helpful and speedy manner to ensure that your Smart Home always stays Smart.
